Return Policy

Although we are eager for your thrill for receiving our product, if you want to return your items, please have a few minutes to scan our return policy regarding to respective responsibilities when issue happens.

Our Responsibility

  • When product quality problem brings into existence during the warranty period, we take the freight unless man-made damage.
    *This situation only applies on “Dead on Arrival”. You must contact us and send back the faulty item within 14 days. If out of this period, the buyer is required to pay for the returned postage fee.
  • When shipping errors caused by our responsibility occurs, we will be responsible of the freight.
     

Client Responsibility

  • When wrong purchasing is resulted from customer’s operation error, the buyer would take the shipping or be subject to the certain additional charges, so please double check the shopping information during the purchase procedure. 
     

Note:

  • In principle, whichever demanding for refund or exchange, the goods should be arranged back to our corporation, and on the only condition that passing through quality inspection, and we will enter into the next step of the return processing.
     
  • Aim at the unexpected “Dead on Arrival” phenomenon, we will guarantee 14 calendar days for return after the receipt of the items, please forwarding the requirement to return, exchange or refund to us within 14days. And keep the product complete (including the accessories, document), tidy as the same as the item is shipped, the postage fee will be at our expense.
     
  • If the 14-day guarantee day has been expired, please sent us the relative evidence to ensure the main responsibility party and detailed resolving means.
